Prevpac is a combination of ( lansoprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin) proton pump inhibitor ,a penicillin antibiotic, and a marolide antibiotic used to prevent stomach ulcer caused by infection with Hellcobacter pylori. The most prominent nursing response to medication refusal was counselling because the patient has the right to refuse medication ,the nurse can only recommend, advise, suggest the imoprtance of taking these medicines for this disease condition.
