Endocrinal system consists of a group of glands that produce hormones that regulate metabolism, groth, development, tissue function, sexual function, reproduction etc. So Endocrinal System influenzes the all above mentioned changes of the system.

Changes in skin are usually seen in Thyroid toxicosis, cushing syndrome, Addisons disese, acromegaly etc.

Nail Changes are seen in Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes Mellitus, Adrenal hormone abnormalities etc

Hair changes are seen in Abnormalities with androgen, estrogen, prolactin, melatonin etc.

Mental deviation may seen in Addisons disease, Throid hormone disturbances, cushings disease etc

Problem with urine output and less edema are common symtpoms of Diabete mellitus, Diabetes insipidus, SIADH etc.

Changes in Blood Pressure might be caused by Aldosteronism, Pheochromocytoma, cushing syndrome, acrromegaly etc

Heart rythm irregularities commonly seen in Hyperthyroidim, Hypothyroidim, Diabetes Mellitus etc.

Sexual Irregularities are common symptoms of Hirsuitism, Polycystic Ovarian Disease, Hypogonadism, Gynocomastia, Androgen Excess etc.
