Explain how continuous improvement systems and processes relate to other business systems and requirements. Please explain your answer.
In an organisational structure or business there are different branches/parts of that particular system like knowledge , management, innovation, working group, head of the departments and controllers. Each area of work have their own functions, goals and requirements. But for logical and sustainable improvements throughout the org. we also required a system. This relate to other business system undoubtedly. Its not like an extra key of business that works for its own goals but its like a net which cover the entire business structure and have links with each and every aspect. The connection can be better understood by the following points.
1) Each business system want to grow and achieve its future goals. But in this dynamic world it can not be done without changing its own parameters and process. Doing a thing better tomorrow than today is called the improvment process in a layman term.
2) Improvement will result in profit maximization and increased productivity which is the ultimate goal of an enterprise.
3) Improvement of one part of business is already linked with the improvement of other parts as internally all the departments are linked.
4) In the continuous process of improvement the requirements becomes more clear for example if management team is working on improvement of their workforce it will further reflect the requirement of additional training or additional skill to them.
