1.Some of the most important attributes or characteristics that are vital to make a nurse successful are

  • Dedication, sincerity towards the work which they do
  • Responsible to initiate intervention at the right time
  • Having adequate knowledge, theoretically and clinically to provide best patient care
  • Should have a good communication skill as it is the base for therapeutic interpersonal relationships in patient care.

The most important in this three are the knowledge and skills which one should possess and which can help them to anticipate things in early and provide appropriate preventive measures

2.An accomplishment a nurse can be proud of are patients expressing their gratitude and thanks after their recovery and telling the nurses played an important role for it.

3.The patient can be explained in simple language by providing certain evidence based report to accept and nand reduce the difference

4.It is important to make oneself as an excellent nurse to help patients recover from their illness physically and psychologically and this lead a quality life.
