Quality of patient care depends on effective coordination of both health care providers and non health care providers both in private medical practices and hospitals. Providing of qualitative care to patients is the primary goal of health care providers. The front line care providers such as nurses, therapists, medical assistants, doctors all work in a organization to meet their desired goal in terms of patient care. Most of the private hospitals involve front line care providers in decision making of policies, health care systems, staying most time in operations, treatment plans of patients, etc in order to overcome the financial crisis or other hospital issues. Involving of front line care providers in the policy decision making and hospital stay is some what beneficial to the hospital system, until professional egos rise. Each and every member of the front line care providers are having their own responsibility in giving care of patients. Due to professional commitments, busy schedules, overcrowding in hospital, less experienced persons in the field, creates wrong decision making in patient policies, patient care, operation stay for a long hours in hospital organization.

Therefore, all the members in the front line care team can share their opinions, discuss the plan of actions, development of hospital organization, managing of administrative problems by giving suggestion instead of creating unnecessary disturbances in providing qualitative care to patients in the hospital.
