How are all of these settings similar? How are they different? 2. If you were in a position to hire a new Health Education Specialist, what qualities, traits, and experiences would you look for in making your hiring decision? And explain as to why.

       Health Education plays a vital role for the wellbeing and prevention of disease.Hence it is the responsibility of the health education specialist to perform their responsibilities with adequate knowledge and skills. The duties of educators will change depend on sectors they work.

1.     Innorder to provide good health the specialist should educate children in shools regarding personal hygeine,nutrition,exercise and so on. But providing health education to public is entirely different. For example,he has to work with them for educational programme regarding pollution of a river and air,toxins in environmaent. While working with the community he has to concentrate people's awareness on proper drainage system, avoiding stagnant water which can cause lots of health issues. The educators should ensure that workers practice safety measures such as wearing helmet,safety jackets during their work in worksites. Lastly,health care facilities include health professionals. Health specialists can give suggestions to educate their team members. For instance, he can suggest various methods to educate them how to teach patients regarding diabetic care.

2. If i get a chance to select a new health education specialist, i will look for the following qualities:

   *Effective communication skills

   *Ability to adapt with various cultures

   *Knowledge regarding health sciences

   *Identify health issues ability to satisfy health care

   * Team work co-ordination and skills

I consider all these qualities are essential for a health education specialists to be efficient and skillful to perform his responsibilities in different sectors.
