This also reduces the risk of other diseases. The obesity increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension etc. Hence it is important to adapt healthy lifestyle. The cardiovascular disease increases the risk of many other diseases. There are various factors which influences the cardiovascular health and conditions. Some of the factors are such as hypertension, diabetes, respiratory diseases etc. The cardiovascular disease may result in to fatal. Hence it is important to keep heart healthy. Due to increase in the cholesterol level accumulation in the arteries and veins, increase in the heart disease occurs such as heart attack, arteriosclerosis etc. Hence to reduce the risk, it is important to keep heart healthy.
