Skin cancer status post resection came for follow, no complaints, denied any chest pain or SOB. No problem with urination regular bowel movements. Will increase Lovastatin to 40mg, and perform liver function test in 2 months. Continue ASA and Diltizam BPH-PSA high followed by genitourinary Arthritis stable
