1)Nurse answer is YES,Because in most cases taking medication sholdn't stop the patient from going outside the country....It may be essential to have a letter from the doctor stating the need for the medication.In case if patient will lose medicine and need more ,and particularly if you are visiting a country with strict drug controls.

2)Herbal medicines can have dangerous side effects,reserch revels.Herbal medicines can cause kidney failure and liver damage in some consumers because they contain toxic chemicals or heavy metals ,or react harmfullywith other drugs.The products of jefi's list Ibuprofen 3-4 tablets three times a day he is taking ,using these type of pain killers can cause kidney failure

3)Aspirin,anticoagulant medications and anti-platelet agents reduce blood's ability to clot. As a result, the bleeding from capillary damage might take longer than usual to stop -which allows enough blood to leak out to cause a bigger bruise.

4)The first concern is that he  should not take Prilosec OTC along with blood thinners and he is already taking aspirin and other concern is that he has the problem with stomach acid ,he must avoid heartburn foods.
