Answer #1

Ans:-

C,

Diabetes type 2.

We can give antihistamines to the clients who have diabetes type 2 because antihistamines does not increase the blood glucose levels.

In rest of the given conditions antihistamines are contraindicated due to their side effects like in case of convulsive disorders it can worsen the condition as these can cause seizures.

In case of benign prostate hyperplasia it can worsen urinary symptoms by preventing muscles in the prostate and bladder neck from relaxing to allow urine to pass freely .

In case of pregnancy it is also contraindicated due to its teratogenic effects .
