Route:IM

Available:500,000units

Also the 500,000 units in 5ml sterile water

Weight:150 pounds

To convert into kg multiply by 0.454

=0.454×150

=68.1 or 68 kg

If it is 25000/kg

Then for 68.1 kg

Cross multiply and divide

=68.1×25000÷1

=68.1×25000

=1,702,500 units /day

So to calculate one dose divide by 4

=1,702,500÷4

=425,625 units/dose

When 500,000 units =5ml

Then 425,625units=??ml

Cross multiply and divide

=425,625×5÷500,000

=2,128,125÷500,000

=4.25 or 4.3
