Antifungal medications can use for fungal infection,it come in variety of forms including creams or ointments,pilla,powders,sprays.In addition to taking medicine other interventions can helps to reduce the skin problems ,it includes Keeping affected area clean and dry,wearing loose-fitting cloth ,practise good hygiene ,and loosing weigt reduces urine incontinence,moisture shold be avoid.use soft absorbent pads between skin folds.
