Answer #1

When the three types of milks are compared it’s quite evident that Whole milk provides higher values of calories, Vitamin D as well as calcium. However the value of protein is seen nil in whole milk. All calorie charts are prepared for a cup of milk which is 240ML.One more important point to be considered is the fat intake is the Skim milk with the priority given to Zero fat level which can be considered perfect for those highly conscious on the fat intake. Whereas Fat intake per serve is higher in Whole milk with 12% which is clearly higher than soya milk (6%). The Calcium content is slightly low in skimmed milk (25%) when compared to whole milk and soya milk.
