Answer #1

Okay, let's discuss:

Calories from fat: It is calculated by dividing 100 the total amount of calories, and then multiply it by the calories from fat value. For beef is 60.86% and for vegetable is 14.28%. We can see that the caloric content in the beef burger is mostly because of fat, while the same caloric content in the vegetable burger is due to mostly other compound sources (carbohydrates and proteins).

Total fat: The total fat in the vegetable burger is 6.4 times lower than in the beef one. Saturated fat is 12 times lower, polyunsaturated is the same, and monounsaturated is 14 times lower.

Cholesterol: Here we can see major difference, since the vegetable has no cholesterol content at all, while the beef burger has 74 g.

Sodium: This value is the same for both

Carbohydrates: Here's another major difference, beef burger has no carbohydrates at all, while the vegetable one has 21 g. Vegetable burgers has most of its caloric content in carbohydrates and not in fat.

Fiber: Only the vegetable burger has fiber content.

Protein: The protein content in the vegetable burger is 2.6 times lower than the beef one. That is expected, as meat tends to contain more protein.
