I can rate this food label as 7

Rationale : The daily requirement of calories needed is a minimum of 2000 calories.

Here in the label if 1 serving is of 100 calories then 12 servings of the container will have only 1200 calories which is very less than daily requirement.

Fat requirement per day is 45 to 75 mgs.Here 7gms per serving becomes 84 gms for 12 servings which is actually more than required amount.

Carbohydrate requirement per day can be between 225 to 325 gms. 9 gms per serving becomes 108gms for 12 servings which does not meet the daily requirement.

Protein daily requirement is 56gms per day. 3gms per serving becomes 36 mgs for 12 servings which is lesser than daily requirement.
