1) Recommended dietary allowance for Vit A are given as RAE or Retinol activity equivalent to account for different bio activities of retinol and pro vitamin A carotenoid, all of which are converted by body to retinol.

10% Vit A in cereal means 127 to 149 mcg RAE per serving or 500IU per serving.

Vit A- fortified milk,

Vit C -corn meal, corn starch

Vit D-whoke grain wheat

Thiamin - sugar syrup

Riboflavin- wheat,corn meal

Niacin - fortified wheat

Vit B6 - corn starch

Vit B12- what
