1.The total calorie intake is 100 whereas the calorie percentages for carbohydrates is 8%and 10%for the both the types of cereals hence the no of calorie of carbohydrates in cereals are 8 and 10 respectively.

2. The sugar content is 6gm in a of 30gm serve and the total calorie count is 100 hence 20 calories are derived from sugar

3. The no of nutirents which have increased in cereals with milk are;

Vitamin A, vitamin c, calcium, thiamine, vitamin d, riboflavin, vitamin B12, phosphorus, calcium and zinc

4. Milk has sugar lactose which increases the amount of Carbohydrates if milk is added to anything.

5. The cereal is predominantly of starch.
