An increasing number of nursing homes for residents it meets with challenges like medical professional colloboration for providing quality of care. interprofessional colloboration is an important aspect for residents to ensure patient safety and reducing cost. collaborative decision-making power between nurse and general practitioner for various patient needs to improve health outcome. in nursing homes, residents are vulnerable and dependent they need quality medical care. interprofessional communication and colloboration improve patient-oriented outcomes measures. when there is a lack of communication between providers and nurses is causes a medical error and poor health outcomes.
