Answer #1

The budget given for 1000 member for 600 days =600000$ .

The question is how much will the hospital be paid for 450 days per 1000 members

600days of service is given a budget of 600000$

1 day of service will be = 600000$ / 600

Then for 450 days the amount paid to the hospital will be = 600000$ / 600 × 450

= 450000$ has to be paid by the hospital for 450 days for 1000 members .
