The amount of protein and carbohydrates Henry should take or consume after training rides is :-

Weight of Henry is 159pounds = 159×0.45kg = 71.5 kg .

According to health and nutrition recommendations cyclists should consume a daily dose of 0.5 to 0.6 grams of protein per pound of body weight after training . For Henry it's 0.5gm × 159pounds = 79.5gm .

And the amount of carbohydrates that should be consumed per cycling is =40 to 80gms.
