Answer #1

Yves Morieux's Six simple rules and its importance in organisational design are as follows-
1.Understand what your employees do- In every organisation ,it is required that an employer must know what his employees are behaving, what are their interests and actions. Also see , if their any course of actions are creating problem for the organisation. One should always be aware of their employees.

2.Find your fighters- You must find out who is cooperative and helping your organization .They are Integrators,Integrators should be given power and authority so that they can succeed.

3.Give more people more power-It means if given power to people in your organization ,then they can solve many problems on their own.

4.Give fewer resources - Having less resources make them have more faith on each other. This will make them more cooperative at their workplace.

5.Give chance to your employees to understand- Employees work more efficient when they understand their own actions. So if any problem arises make sure you make responsible the one who is associated with that problem. He will give you better results.

6.Not to punish the failures- People should not be punished if they get fail, this will discourage them.Rather people who dont cooperate ,they should be punished.

Metaphor of second tv - Second TV is like a budgeted mall. You enjoy ,gets thrilled and don't have to losen your pocket much.
