NUTRITION: A good nutrition can help to prevent disease and promote heath.

FUNCTIONS OF NUTRITION:

The function of nutrition is mainly to keep the body clean and healthy. It can be gained through eating healthy foods and exercise. A good nutrition includes drinking plenty of water and eating fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating junk foods. Also, a bad nutrition including eating lots of sweets, unhealthy eating habits. It is notably have 6 successive functions for an ideal human health.

1. Cell differentiation

2. Metabolism and Energy production

3. Bone structure and strength

4. Brain function and cholestrol balance

5. Immune health and disease prevention

6. Blood clotting.

So these are the main functions denoting what we need and why we need nutrition from in our life.

B) The use of sugars and artificial sweeteners may increase the risk of obesity and diabetes. They are attractive when the label reads ZERO for sugar. They are typically high in salad dressings, sauces and beverages. It is recently proved that, an incline in the use of sugar and artificial sweeteners damage vascular functions and also causes cellular changes. It is mandatory to offer a good health lifestyle to everyone.
