PRIORITY INTERVENTIONS AFTER SEIZURES:Maintain safety during seizures activity:1)Turn patient to side ,2)Nothing in mouth and do not restrain..3)provide bed rails to prevent falling

NEW NURSING DIAGNOSIS::Risk for injury related to loss of consciousness during seizures activity and po physical weakness

NEW INTERVENTIONS:::Mantainan airway and prevent the risk of aspiration
