1)The impact of culture on health is vast.it effects perception of health,illnesses and deat,,beliefs about cause of disease ,approaches to health promotion,how people experienced and expressed illness and pain.Both health professionals and patients are influenced by their respective cultures.cultural bias may result in various health related preferences and perceptions.Being aware of such differences are skills known as cultural competence.This perspective allows care providers to ask about various beliefs or source of care specifically and to incorporate new awareness into diagnosis and treatment planning.
2)Demonstrating awareness of a patients culture can promote trust,better health care,lead to high rates of acceptance of diagnosis and improve treatment adherence
.3)in the context of health and health care ,a commitment to social justice means believing that every one ought to be able to avoid preventable disease and escape premature death.Far too often,gross inequities mean that some groups succumb to disease and death disproportionately,while others advantage to protect them,due to disparities in health care provision,political persecution,social strife,racial discrimination,and a plethora of other factors.
