My patient name is Mrs. Veronica with 30years of age with weight of 60kg and height of 160cms. She is an Indian with middle class family were by the income is suffient to lead the life. She is socially involved and active and maintains a good relationship with her neighbours and family  

She is in first trimester with 10weeks of gestation.

The subjective dats is patient complains of discharge from a week, with painful urination and itching.

The objective data includes the foul snelling discharge, redness and rashes present in the inner thighs,, looks restless and discomfort with afribike condition.

The nursing diagnosis are as follows:.

* vaginaal infection related to bacterial infection manifested by vaginaal discharge

* restlessness related to vaginaal itching as evidenced by patient is always does work half done.

Treatment with proper monitoring of the infection by antibiotics which are in pregnancy, fetal monitoring and maternal with the proper care.

The interventions did vaginaal discharge are:

* educate patient to avoid soap and only rinse with water

* allow the douching

* allow more air to enter the introitus

* wear the clean cotton underwear prefarably white colour

* wear loose fitting dresses

* not to wear the underwear for reduction of infection medication administered as per order.
