1. My patients name is Mrs steffi with 28years of age having 60kg with 159vms of height and is an Anglo indian. Her socioeconomic status middle class family with the income of 8lakhs per annum and she leads a satisfactory life, she is friendly and has good relationship with the neighbours and family.

She is the second trimester with 24weeks of gestation.

1. Improper nutrion : subjective: not required, objective inappropriate utilization of the nutrients, weight reduced from 64kg to 60by 3weeks of timr

Maternal injury objective data: increased blood glucose level more than 200mg/dl FBS.

The differential diagnosis are:

* risk for altered nutrition less than body requirement

Intervention

* assess and record the 24hrs diet plan with the calorie intake.

* assessing the understanding of stress on the diabetes. Teach patient about stress mangamement and relaxation therapy. Observe for any nausea or vomiting continued from 1st trimester

* provide information if there is changes in the dietary pattern
