The Ministry of Health is the major health sector in Saudi Arabia providing primary, secondary, and tertiary services. Saudi expands to increase health care facilities by correlating with the private health sector. The restructuring of health care plans helps them to meet future needs and demand. Cooperative health Insurance helps them to increase the privatization of public hospitals. This will reduce the pressure on MOH and regional directorates will get more autonomy which gives way for many possible solutions. The autonomous system will reduce the financial burden and increase the quality of the hospital and efficiency of health care services. Insurance scheme to non-Saudis helps to provide free of services to all without cost pressure.

In my opinion, the Saudi health care system is positive in a number of ways, but privatization will diminish the activity of PHC. Rural communities will get affected at the larger level which indirectly leads to financial crisis. Health care market may increase the burden of the individuals. Further, the implementation of the e-health system increases the burden of the health care cost in the future. So the Saudi has still to face a number of challenges and restructuring and reform may be necessary for the future.
