A privilege is a advantage or right which is special and granted to a person or group in particular.

The privileges for me in my institution is were I can decide the students curriculum for the year, provision to provide leave to staffs, I had also had a privilege of being the secretary of IERB internal ethical review board.

I was surprised to know that I had privilege to visit 3states for the conference and be as an eminent resource person which never happened and I never expected as I was much junior in the organizational hierarchy.

Tim wise is the American racist the points are as follows

* we are fostered by racism and we must be constantly be prejudiced by racism

* whiteness is a construct that was developed in America to prevent unity of black slaves and poor whites

* it is our human obligation to fight for injustice. This struggle will never be finished but we focus on playing our part.

* white people have everything to gain from fighting racism. Racism destroys US culture We must develop a new inclusive culture.

* silence is the collaboration

* if we can recognise that we have done wrong to the environment and fix it why are we not doing it for the race.

* white people must be willingly to follow not lead in antiracist struggle.
