what will be your response to this post?

I am surprised that you have to take this class for the Health Services Administration course. I have my associate’s degree in Health Services Administration and it wasn't a requirement. It is required for a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management which I have no idea why because it has nothing to do with the major. It's ok though, I enjoy learning new things, too, and look forward to expanding my horizons. Another thing that we have in common is the CHHA field. Currently, I am a supervisor for a home healthcare agency. I work with 40+ aides and nurses. Being a CHHA isn't an easy job, long hours, no holidays and crappy pay. I am told by my aides that it is a rewarding job, though. I tip my hat to you and wish you the best on your college journey to your new career.

Answer: The Health Services Administration course enables the person to understand the need of the healthcare organizations such as delivery the quality of care, managing the organization as well as monitoring the function. But this course can be used to managed the way of delivery of healthcare.

Certified Home Health Agencies although doesn't required the health services administration course but it mainly focus on the intermittent care and support provided to the patient. It requires working for long hours as well as it requires more enhanced skill and responsibility.
