Please share with us what you have learned. As you explored each Microsoft application, I am sure that there were struggles as well as welcomed discoveries. This class was a journey through four of the more popular applications in the Microsoft Office Suite. Please tell us about your trials and successes, likes and dislikes. What application, if any, will you most likely use in either your current or future career?

Ans: The Microsoft applications are powerful tools which can be used either for business or else office purposes. There will be certain struggles at an initial stage on understanding about the tools, exploring different options like File, Edit etc that were there in Microsoft applications. We can learn and write on documents, simple notes etc.

-> There are many applications involved in Microsoft Office Suite as follows: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, outlook etc. These are four main applications that were used and it provides easy access to files, documents etc.

At an initial stage, everything is difficult and took some time in learning about applications. According to me, every application is very important since it helps to communicate well in a more organized manner. The proper training is not required, we can go through these applications all by ourselves.

-> As I said, every application is different and unique. For example: If we take Ms word - we will learn how to document in a more effective way, Excel - learn about mathematical applications, operations, functions etc in a spreadsheet, Powerpoint - learn on how to do drawing, graphics in a more effective way, Outlook - Involved in note taking, email etc.

Hence, every application of Microsoft is very important and we need to use as per our need in the future.
