2. Why is it important for a researcher to use power analysis to calculate sample size? How does adequate sample size affect subject mortality, representativeness of the sample, the researcher's ability to detect a treatment effect, and your ability to generalize the study findings to your patient population?

Inclusive criteria means what we can included in the study, which things or which characteristics are qualify for the research study those only we can include in the study.

For example the sample can who shows interest to participate in the study that sample only we can include here.

Exclusive criteria means the characteristics which are not qualify to the study those are we can exclude from our study.

For example the sample who does not show interest to participate in the study that sample we can keep under the exclusive criteria.

These inclusive and exclusive criterias will improve or strengthens the research study by avoiding unnecessary obstricles and by avoiding lack of interest people and eliminating disqualified samples.

Power analysis is very important to calculate sample size because we can get or derive optimum level of sample size is required for our study.

* we can estimate the good and adequate sample size by this power analysis.

* Hypothesis testing is depending on this power analysis of the sample size.

* we can get accurate probability value in statistical testings.

* By adequate sample size will give more statistical power and reliability of the study and reduces the mortality.

* And also through adequate sampling the researcher can do statistical analysis well, and get accurate results ,the treatment effect also good.

* so that we can implement the interventions according to the problems of the population.
