Psoriasis is a condition, it is a chronic skin disease, it affect most of the people quality of life. because it affect their physical and psychological well being. patient with psoriasis will be in life long disease condition and worsen over the time and cause several complications and depression.
Psoriasis affect the epidermal layer of the skin by hyperproliferation. It affect the normal epidermal cells by 10 times cell turnover and make plaques and cause disease and make thickened, red skin, inflammed with silvery scales. Immune system play a important role in skin disorder. skin affected by psoriasis, immune cells when the enter the skin by blood vessels cause epidermis and grow rapidly and stop shedding. It cause thickness of skin and buildup of scaly dead skin cells. under the dermis dilated blood cells cause red color skin.
