The health care facility in my community is engaged in providing various preventive and curative measures to help the people of community, to improve the health status through continuously addressing to their medical needs , treating diseases, providing adequate and swift care, preventing contagious diseases from spreading and creating awareness among them to encourage a healthy life.
The community health care organization in my community promises a healthy life to the community members through defining quality in their services. They share the burden of patients by providing them ancillary and pharma services at very less prices as compared to the amount charged by private medical services or average industry rate.
Moreover they ensure that the medicines recommended by their doctors office only belong to certified and quality assured companies rather than random pharmacy industries to safeguard patients from getting exploited by third grade quality medicines. Emergency services involve 10 minutes emergency van arrival at the accidental spot by placing the special care vans at accident prone areas and at viable spots to reach the place of accident on time.
Health care services for patients demonstrates quality by being accessible, available, affordable and authentic to assure no life is traded with profits.
The quality of community health care facility involves volunteering program where people by their will are invited to be a part of services and investments are also encouraged from community people to improve its services for addressing the health problems.
Moreover the community health facility has a special care department for children so that their health needs are fulfilled for promising a healthy life to them by encouraging parents to come for regular checkups. And old Adult speciality center looks after the health care needs of olds people of community to prevent their health from deterioration through suggesting proper diet , healthy and clean environment.
The quality is controlled by establishing a quality investigation and assurance department to check the cases of serious nature and deaths to keep them minimum and check for their causes to address them.
The heath facility is controlled by employing health care professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience and staying associated with coordinated health systems to look for ways of improving the current scenario.
Latest machines and efficient staff makes sure to provide relevant and authentic care. Staff are encouraged to check patients constantly to keep a track of their health status.
Discharged patients are encouraged to visit again for checkups so that ailments do not regain their presence. The present performance outputs are compared with the past performance and negative deviations are addressed through finding their root cause.
