• The five chronic diseases are:cardiovascular disease (CVD), Diabetes, Cancer, Stroke and hypertension.

Cardiovascular disease affect the cardiovascular system by problem in the blood vessels or blood clots.

Diabetes is a health condition occurs when there is increased amount of insulin in the blood. Increased blood glucose level is called diabetes.

Cancer is a growth of tumour cells which leads to death.

Stroke is lack of blood supply to brain.

Hypertension is increased systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

• The five disorder(mental disorder) are Anxiety disorder, Eating disorder, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder and obsessive compulsion disorder.

Anxiety disorder is an intense anxiety or panic that interfere in daily life.

Eating disorders is an abnormal psychology disorder that affect the eating habits.

Bipolar disorder is an abnormal elevation and depression of mood swings.

Post traumatic stress disorder is an psychological condition to an individual who exposed to scary trauma.

Obsessive compulsion disorder is a excessive thought that leads to repetitive action.

Eg: Stroke is a disease that affect the brain due to lack of blood supply, but weakness of muscle and fatigue is a disorder due to interruption of brain.
