Role of the NHSC :

* The main role is it improves or builds the community or rural peoples health by supporting qualified health care professionals or health care providers.

* It can awards scholarships and loan payment to primary care providers.

* Strengthening and growing of primary care provider role.

* Recruiting a doctors in rural settings it can provide the power ful financial support.

* By repayment for qualifying educational loans , it can recruit the health professionals in selected rural areas.

* This is the main benefit to them.

My thoughts like to attractive in getting doctors to reside and practice in rural areas :

* By providing training to work in rural communities.

* By providing adequate transportation facilities.

* Through some reimbursement policies.

* By giving some of incentives and increments can attract the doctors to reside and practice in rural areas.
