Emergency care : it means the performance of acts or procedures under emergency conditions in the observation ,care and counsel of persons who are ill or injured or who have disabilities .

Emergency care refers to wmergency medical attention given to an individual eho needs it .it includes those medical services required For the immediate diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions which ,if not immediately diagnosed and treated ,could lead to serious physical or mental disability or death.

Ambulatory record contains patient history questionnaires, problem list ,dianostic tests results and immunisation records are commonly found .

Ambulatory care or outpatient care is a medical care provided on an outpatient basis,including diagosis , observation ,consultation ,treatment ,intervention and rehabilitation services .
