Full Disclosure definition:
1)Communication of a health care provider and a patient, family members, or the patient's proxy that acknowledges the occurrence of an error.
2)Discusses what happened
3)Describes the link between the error and outcomes in a manner that is meaningful to the patient
4)Maintaining the transparency in the treatment being provided by the Healthcare provider to the patient.
5)Explaining from the admission till the discharge in a manner that is understandable by the family members.

Process involved in full disclosure:
1)the Healthcare provider should give the information on timely process that is reasonably possible.
2) should be empathetic
3) non punitive blame free culture
4) have tolerance to patients reaction
5) communication is an ongoing process so they have to communicate regularly
6) speak in such a way that the patient, family members everyone understands what is actually happening in the way that they can understand.
7) that should be transparency
8) the Healthcare provider providing the information should be free of fear and should explain everything.
9)the provider should give the answers for the questions such as who, what, when, where and how.
10) ensures a high quality Healthcare.

The pros and cons:
Pros
1)this enhances of very good quality of care.
2) transparency of the care provided to the patient.
3) ongoing Communication on timely process
4) due to the non punitive blame free culture there is a great trust developed between the Healthcare provided on the patient.
5)errors in the Healthcare also disclosed easily
Cons
1) fear of retribution.
2)fear of lawsuits.
3) decreased success rate of crisis management plan as it is disclosed earlier to the patient.
4) intolerance to patients reaction
5)fear in disclosing the medical errors happened to the patient
6) patient after hearing his condition may go to depression and other sign such as loneliness.
