1) 16 gram protein, 80 gram carbs and 8 gram fats.

Each gram of protein has 4 calorie

Each gram of carb has 4 calories and

Each gram of fat has 9 calories.

So, 16 x 4 = 64 kcal

So, 80 x 4 = 320 kcal

So, 9 x 8 = 72 kcal

Total = 456 kcal.

B) 14.03% from protein

70.17 % from carb

15.78% from fats
