If the person is looking fit, that meeans he / she has the appropriate weight For height and all the measurements in normal range means they are healtby .

Factors which influence on healthy behaviour :

• Life style and habits : if a person is having healthy life style and good habits automatically that person looks healthy and stay healthy .
• If person is having poor habits and poor life style may undergo many health problems
• Diet : diet play very important role health starus of person .
• Every people should take balanced diet to maintain their body healthy .
• Should not take junk food ,fatty foods and saturated fats ,it may influence on the heart and may risk to get health problems .
• Excercise : excercise is one good way to decrease kgs body fat and it helps to the person to stay healthy
• Substance abuse : substance abuse and drug abuse are very high in now a days .it have very fatal effects on health .
