1. Alprazolam 0.25 medication is administered 3 times a day at the time of drug administration/ The medicine has to taken by eating food or with out eating food. If one scheduled dose has missed on that day, then go for the second dose, but do not takes two doses of tablets at a given schedule to prevent immediate side effects.

2. Behavior monitoring system are used to perform surveys when insufficient monitoring is present while administering of medications. It is important to monitor behavior of person in hospitals when administering anxiolytics drugs. After administering of anxiolytics medications side effects arise in the form of anxiety, sadness, agitation and many more changes are observed in patient. This monitoring system helps in monitoring of patient condition in detail than usual. Intervention flow records are used for decreasing the adverse effects of the patients, to minimize the elevated symptoms of the patient after taking anxiolytic. Intervention flow records contain planning of nursing care. The adverse effects of Alnxiolytics include - confusion, stomach upset, headache, nausea, weight gain, diarrhea, raise in blood pressure, suicidal thoughts, withdrawal symptoms, etc
