Answer #1

Matrix Metalloproteinases(MMPs) implicated in the severe pro-inflammatory chemokine by modulating their function and having impact on the inflammatory process..In peritonitis for an acute immune response ,neutrophil influx initiated followed by macrophage infiltration within a few hours of 1L-1B injection into the peritoneal cavity..Using MMP-2 and MMP-9 action synergistically mainly act as a neutrophil recruitment into the peritoneal cavity..Neutrophil entry into the peritoneal cavity MMP-2 and MMP-9 action synergistically to make action CXCL5(ENA-78/LIX) by promoting neutrophil migration into the peritoneal cavity..chemokinase correlated with chemoattracting function..
Pro-resolving mediators (SPM2) from essential fatty acids have major role in resolution of tissue inflammation(catabasis)..It involve in tissue infection and stop the acute inflammation by controlling invading pathogens in case peritonitis..SPMs are lipid mediators and the part of the pro-resolving molecules with protein and gases solve inflammation and resolve the infection..
