Healthcare providers are there to provide their services to the patients as it is there duty to serve them . I believe that healthcare workers are more likely to commit unintentional torts against patients because they are the people who saves life ,they don't harm . Because of some of the causes like shortage of staffs , equipments etc unintentional torts occur .
