ANSWER.

1. Interferons

               Interferons are proteins produced by the virus infected cells to

               prevent multiplication and spread of pathogenic viruses into other

               cells of the body.

2. Interleukin - 2

               Interleukin 2 is similar to a hormone molecule and which is secreted

               by helper T cells.

               Interleukin 2 is required for T cell proliferation.

3. Tumour necrosis factor.

               It is a cytokine protein responsible for systemic inflammation,

               prevention of carcinogenesis and viral infections.

               Cells which produce Tumor necrosis factor include mast cells,

               CD4 lymphocytes,eosinophils etc.

4. Monoclonal antibodies.

               Monoclonal antibodies are antibodies which synthesis from single

               clone of cells in a laboratory to attack foreign bodies or antigens.

5. Advantages of monoclonal antibodies.

             * Enough monoclonal antibodies can produce in the laboratory

                based on the need of the patient by using hybridoma technology.

             * It can bind specifically to a tumor cell specific antigen so use of

                monoclonal antibodies very effective during cancer therapy.

             * Mice and human hybrid cells can properly manage the adverse effect

               of monoclonal antibodies.
