The emerging health pattern is people trust in private hospitals more than the government hospitals.Even if the services is free of cost in government hospitals but people go for private hospitals.For example, as per the immunization schedule all vaccines are provided in government sectors in free of cost but people go for private clinics and pay thousands of rupees for this vaccines.This is the emerging health pattern in regional and global health.

Unsolvable global health problem is HIV.Scientists discovers about this HIV in 80's (1983) from that period onwards disease prevention was taught to people in various mass media in a effective way even to till date today.But the transmission is not stopped even today.We achieved only the reduction in the number of disease transmission but can't control the transmission level to zero.It is the biggest problem in health care as a no cure for the disease and only can increase the life span.

Economic,political,socio cultural varies from one country to another.

Between India and US, both are growing economy and theu country economy value is high to US compared to India.US have taxation in all health services recently the taxation amount is increased.But in health even with huge population government affordable to provide services in free of cost and offers life insurance policies.The recent political system in two made changes in healthcare.Increase of taxation in US and new health programs, policies and insurance in India.Socio-culturally people are more seek to hospitals and healthcare nowadays but even today in India people with chicken pox infection never seek for health care even with all developed technologies.They have their own cultural belief of curse by goddess and will be cured by isolation and giving holy drinks.

Both countries spend their investments more in health care.

C-section is increasing in both countries.

IMR and MMR rates is reduced by the means of government steps.

Preventive care is following properly by the people in both countries.Eg.Immunization
