L.B is a 38 year old premenopausal female who recently underwent treatment for breast cancer. Her treatment includes a right mastectomy followed by chemotherapy. Her cancer is in remission, and she is in the clinic for her annual follow-up. During her course of chemotherapy L.B. described symptoms of peripheral neuropathy in her hands and feet. Pt states "I fee like my hands and feet are burning". Acute generalized pain 10/10. Pt states have no sensation when cell phones. VS 97.8 HR 78 B/P 168/78 Resp 18. Patient is Alert and Oriented x3. Dressed appropriately, CN Grossly intact, BLE 3+. Grips weak but equal, No Babinski Sign.

A. OBJECTIVE DATA : Observations of patient includes she is a postmenopausal woman who underwent for breast cancer treatment and underwent right mastectomy and is on chemotherapy course, her vitals showcases hypertension (BP - 168/78), alert and oriented, well dressed, bilateral lower extremity is 3+,grips are weak.

B. SUBJECTIVE DATA : Patient complains of burning sensation in her hands and feet, acute pain, having of no sensation.

C. Patient is having the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy in hands and feet, burning sensation, acute generalized pain. OF all the findings it is evident that she underwent for mastectomy surgery due to breast cancer, she is on treatment course of chemotherapy for which she may develop the symptoms of pain peripheral neuropathy, burning sensation.
