As you have recovered from left hip fracture, now you can start doing exercises for further recovery of your hip .As you know hip fracture is the break in the upper part of femur or thigh bone.I will explain Some of the exercises for hip fracture ;

Ankle pumps : Lie straight on a bed and give pumping movements to your ankles .

Quad sets : Lie on bed with towel roll placed under your knee , gently press your knee downwards by applying pressure on towel so that your foot is lifted off the bed .

Gluteal sets : squeezing buttocks together for 5 sec and after 5 seconds relax

if you follow these exercises as per the instructions provided, you will regain strength, range of motion and speed up recovery. Always do the exercises with the help of an assistant or helper. If you have any difficulties please inform . For the first time you will feel little difficulty to perform exercises but later you will be okay . You will be able to do all your activities by yourself same like an healthy person. It makes you stronger and capable of doing many of your daily activities without much stress and weakness.
