3. Early menopause results in a decrease in estrogen levels and estrogen promote bone formation.

Decreased estrogen after menopause, leads to decreased bone mass, disturbed architecture and reduced bone strength.

4. Osteoclast activity is greater than osteoblast activity

Osteoclast activity promotes bone resorption and bone perforation which leads to bone loss, on the other hand, osteoblastic activity increases bone formation. This happens in osteoporosis.
