Answer #1

factors causing risk for vitamin d deficiency are low profile vitamin d in the diet and major risk factor is non exposure of the body to the aunlighg which provides vitamin d through the sun rays

factors such as she worka inside and lactose intolerance and osteoporosis and her old age as she attaindes menopause ther will be lower levels of calcium in the blood that leads to softening of bones

suggwstions are exposure to sunlight produces vitamin d that is before 10 A.M and after 3 PM. and taking fish liver oil ,fish, eggyolk, milk contains moderate quantity of vitamin d

another suggestion is to fortify diary products with vitaminD
