Answer: There are several theories of change management that can be considered by the professional. Out of all the theories, Kotter’s Eight Step Model can be used for the change management. It can be applied to the project as it is easier to understand and implement.

It includes eight steps which can be easily determine and help in performing the work. It includes that change is necessary for the enhancement of the particular plan or for the development. It leads to select the leader who can push up the development of the plan.

It creates better implementation as well as vision for the change. This will also helps to boost other people to accept the change for the betterment of the plan

The some of different change management theories are:

  • Kurt Lewin’s Three Phase Model
  • McKinsey’s 7-S Model
