Question 1: c) intravascular/ IgG

Because the IgG is the antibody which is predominantly found in the immune system as the immune antibody. Although there are other antibodies like IgM and IgA present in the immune system but the IgG is considered to be more effective. Also there is an acute intravascular hemolysis of the donors RBCs by the recepients antibodies as soon as it reaches the blood stream.

The blood bank specimen is acceptable to use for crosshatch purposes for up to 72 hours of collection.
